Its never to late to start flossing

Did you know that it's never too late to start flossing? So, if you haven't been doing it before then now is definitely a good time to start.

Adding flossing to your daily oral care routine will make your teeth look brighter and cleaner. By removing plaque and debris that sticks in between your teeth will help you prevent any gum disease and this will also help keep your breath fresh.

Dentists say that you should floss after you eat to get rid of any food that is left in-between your teeth and floss before brushing your teeth so the toothpaste has a better chance of working to its full potential. When you remove food particles and buildup with flossing, there is more area for brushing to cover.

Are you one of those people who has a very sensitive gum and it can bleed while brushing your teeth? Then flossing is one key to help your bleeding gums. In the beginning it might bleed more but after a few days it will hopefully be much better and perhaps the bleeding will stop completely.

You can start flossing at any age. The only thing that is important is that you start now and make it a part of your everyday life. Adding flossing will keep your smile looking and feeling good.
