Lemony good gum that's good for mouth and body

This has a nice lemon flavor without obvious artificial sweetener aftertaste. The sweetener is xylitol which I seek out for it's dental benefits. There's a nice dose of B, C & D vitamins and the individual portioned resealable packs are easy to stick in pocket or bag.

Uniquely flavored xylitol gum

You'll swear there is mint in this gum, but it's not on the ingredients list. It is sour and lemony, but also gives a strange cold sensation in your mouth when you bite into it, the way menthol does and some essential oils do.Your dentist will be happy it's sugar free. The tiny bit of vitamins can't do you any harm. Goodsized pieces, chiclet-shaped but larger, so it feels like a real piece of gum in your mouth.

Highly artificial flavor, low dose of vitamins per serving

This is an interesting concept, if you just abhor taking pills. I was a little frustrated when I placed the order, because nowhere in the listing does it indicate the exact amount of the fortifying vitamins. From the Nutrition Facts panel, they are:Vitamin D: 14mcg (70% of the FDA "recommended daily allowance")Vitamin C: 10mg (11% of RDA)Vitamin A: 270mcg (30% of RDA)Vitamin B6: 1mg (59% of RDA)Note the "mcg" on A & D, that's microgram, not milligram. Vitamin D is also usually measured in supplements in IU, which in this case would be 560 IU of Vitamin D. Honestly, none of these are supplement levels of these nutrients, but if you want to slightly increase your intake of them, this seems unlikely to hurt, as long as you only use the recommended number of pieces (1).I would strongly encourage that these be kept away from children, just as you would vitamin supplements that have been sweetened and flavored. Also remember that xylitol can be dangerous to pets. The gum itself is OK, as chewing gum goes. It chews up like a normal "Chicklet" style gum, and keeps its flavor about as long. I like lemon flavoring in general, and this was fine, I guess, though I did find it was one of the more "chemical-y" flavors I've tried. Not great, but OK, especially if you enjoy lemon-flavored sweets. If you're just interested in making sure you get these vitamins, honestly I think just getting used to a daily multivitamin makes more sense on a number of levels.

Vitamin-enhanced chewing gum

I love the idea of vitamin-enhanced chewing gum - I'm surprised I'd never heard of such a thing before. The flavor of this lemon gum is a little odd to get used to, I think because I'm not used to a more sour citrus type gum. It's easy enough to chew for the recommended five minutes, though - or much longer, if you're me and just need something to chew on to keep from snacking! Each piece is a good size - larger than the usual 'tab' shaped gums that I often find to be too small to comfortably chew. They're also free of sugar and aspartame, making them great for dental health, especially just after lunch when it's not so convenient to brush your teeth. I also appreciate that it comes in several smaller packets to retain freshness, rather than all 56 pieces in one big pack!

Great flavor and easy to chew. Love the bonus of vitamins and healthy teeth.
